Supporting Change
We are committed to continuing professional development. In fact most of the people we work with have some kind of teaching and training background. We are passionate about developing people, the teams they work in and driving organisational change.
We have been involved in conference events, executive briefings, round table discussions and training programmes that lead to professional qualifications. We speak on all of the things that we deliver on a practitioner basis. One area we are particularly well placed to speak on is the practical side of making digital marketing happen in a real organisation and providing appropriate case studies to support it.
More specifically our speaking and training experience includes the following;
- The provision of case study materials and speaking on the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) Certificate in Digital Marketing Course and at digital marketing conferences held by the IDM.
- Developing and facilitating a series of workshops looking at social media, the implications for your brand and maximising ROI via the social web for the International Business Development Group.
- At ENTER2011, the International eTourism Conference we developed and provided the keynote session on the first day ‘Managing reputation in a multichannel world’.
- Panel discussions around the subject ‘What next for Content’ as part of the worldwide week long event Social Media Week
- More national and regional tourism events than we can list here! Focusing on product marketing and digital marketing.
